UNI-T UT373 Digital Tachometer

The UNI-T UT373 is a compact, accurate non-contact digital tachometer designed to safely measure the rotational speed (RPM) or revolution count of motors and rotating machinery. It uses a laser and photodiode sensor to detect motion from a distance of 50–200mm with a measuring angle of ±30°.

The UT373 measures RPM from 10 to 99,999 with a resolution of 0.1 (up to 9,999.9 RPM) and 1 (for higher ranges), and count from 0 to 99,999 with ±1 accuracy. Features include auto range, auto power off, low battery and laser-on indicators, MAX/MIN functions, overload warning, and data hold. It also includes a backlit LCD for clear viewing in low-light settings and a refresh rate of 1–7 seconds based on rotation speed.

Weighing just 85g and powered by three 1.5V R03 batteries, it includes reflective tape and is built to withstand 1-meter drops—ideal for mechanical maintenance, testing, and diagnostics.
